Pickmoor – Website Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pickmoor, a platform owned and operated by PayPat Limited, headquartered in Kumasi, Ghana. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and associated services including our retail pallet spaces and PickmoorPro SaaS platform.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.


2. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to PayPat Limited and the Pickmoor platform.

  • "User" or "Vendor" refers to individuals or organizations who register for and use our services.

  • "Platform" refers to the PickmoorPro SaaS and retail infrastructure.


3. Eligibility

To use Pickmoor, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Possess the legal right and authority to enter into agreements;

  • Comply with all applicable local and international laws.


4. Services Provided

Pickmoor provides:

  1. Physical retail space rentals (pallet-based)

  2. Access to PickmoorPro SaaS for POS, inventory, accounting, HR, and e-commerce tools

  3. Payment integration via PayPat

  4. Optional reseller and white-label features


5. Account Registration

To access most features, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of our terms or policies.


6. Subscription and Payment

Our platform offers tiered subscription plans:

  • Regular Business Location: Ghc450 monthly / Ghc5000 Yearly

  • Prime Business Location: Ghc2000 monthly / Ghc22000 Yearly

  • Cross Border Business Location: Ghc10000 monthly / Ghc120000 Yearly

  • Branch Retail Business : Ghc50000 monthly / Ghc600000 Yearly

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pallet rentals and additional services are charged separately.

Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in service interruption or account suspension.


7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using our physical spaces and/or SaaS must:

  • Use spaces only for lawful business activities

  • Comply with local tax laws

  • Not misuse or tamper with the software or hardware infrastructure

Vendors are fully responsible for their customers, staff, and any transactions made via the platform.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and tools provided by Pickmoor are the intellectual property of PayPat Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.

Vendors may only use Pickmoor branding in accordance with our brand guidelines.


9. Data Privacy

We collect and use user data according to our [Privacy Policy]. By using our platform, you consent to such processing.

We employ data security protocols, but we are not liable for data breaches beyond our reasonable control.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of terms

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, access to both physical space and SaaS services will cease immediately.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPat Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayPat Limited from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights


13. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
