All payments made to Pickmoor—whether for pallet shelf rentals, SaaS subscriptions, white-labeled licenses, or any other product or service—are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual SaaS subscription fees

  • Pallet or retail space rental fees

  • One-time setup or licensing costs

  • Advertising or promotional service fees

  • Any payments made via installment or full payment plans

Once a transaction has been completed, Pickmoor does not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellation, non-usage, dissatisfaction, or service limitations.
