All payments made to PickmoorSaaS are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Once a payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or credit reversals will be issued—regardless of service usage, cancellation, or user satisfaction level.
PickmoorSaaS operates an instant-access digital platform and allocates dedicated digital and physical resources upon subscription. These services—such as software setup, retail preparation, and backend provisioning—begin immediately after payment confirmation. As a result, it is not possible to reverse or revoke these resources once activated.
